It also has Volatile Launch which works well with the rocket launcher‘s volatile rounds and adds additional splash damage.

Stats of the Morrigan-D Rocket Launcher

The Morrigan-D Rocket Launcher has high splash damage due to it not being a single shot. It fires multiple missiles that converge on the enemy. While this rocket launcher may be the fastest among its kind, it still has a low reload time in comparison to the other guns. Classes that can use this gun well are those classes that need to use a high vantage point to deal heavy damage. Normally, those classes include Dawnblades and Gunslingers. The Voidwalker can also use this particular weapon in combination with their grenades.

How to obtain the Morrigan-D Rocket Launcher

This particular gun comes from raising one’s reputation with Banshee-44. Banshee-44 is an NPC and a merchant who performs ammo synthesis. However, he offers several quest lines where the player must test a variety of weapons. As the player tests weapons, they gain reputation points. Once the player gains enough reputation points, he/she can buy the Morrigan-D Rocket Launcher.

This is a rocket-propelled high-explosive grenade launcher. It can be fired at a point within range.
